Vivo Y400 5G launched – Vivo has launched its new smartphone, the Vivo Y400 5G, in India. The company has introduced this smartphone in Glam White and Olive Green color options. It features dual nano-SIM, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, OTG, and USB Type-C ports, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

The Vivo Y400 5G features a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness level of 1,800 nits. It is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor and runs on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15.
Waterproof Smartphone
The Vivo Y400 5G can capture photos and record videos underwater. It is a waterproof smartphone with IP68+IP69 ratings. This dust- and water-resistant smartphone is designed with a 3-layer waterproof frame, which the company claims allows the Vivo Y400 to survive in up to 6 meters of water for up to 30 minutes.

The Vivo Y400 5G features a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 primary camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. A 32-megapixel front camera is provided for selfies and video calling. It is powered by a 6,000mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support.

In India, the Vivo Y400 5G is priced at ₹21,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, and ₹23,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. It will be sold through Vivo’s e-store, e-commerce websites Amazon and Flipkart and select retail stores.
